  • All of our trainers has at least the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer certification. This is considered to be one of the gold standard certifications for Personal Trainers. Meaning, we have the tools to give you to make sure that you are successful towards whatever your goals may be!

  • We understand that life can be busy and that time can be a huge limiting factor. Our number one focus is your success and we will do whatever we can to make sure that you get your sessions in on your time!

  • We have a client first mentality. We want to see you succeed and we have created our programs to accommodate everyone from a socioeconomic perspective!

  • This is a huge part of our philosophy. If I expect you to be on time for a service then I better be at least 10 minutes early to service you. Its the simple things that demonstrate how much you really care about someones success!

Introducing Stronger Is Better Personal Training!

    • If you desire more attentiveness in a one-on-one setting then the 1:1 Training option is for you

    • Perfect for: High level athletes, post physical therapy rehabilitation/strength development, and new comers to the stronger is better way!

    • 60 minutes

    • Groups of 2-8 people

    • A great option if you like to train in a group atmosphere and need some comradery

    • We provide a variety of different program designs specific to any team’s goals. For example: linear speed development, lateral movement progressions, ACL screenings, strength development, power, etc. Through our near-development approach to training we can ensure that your team will be the strongest in the league!

    • All sessions are conducted by a professional NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)

    • All sessions are conducted through Zoom
